Scope of works
Sandstone cladding externally to all of the podium. Marble quarried from the French Alps (Savoy) and manufactured in Italy, to all the lobby floors, walls and staircase internally. Stone joinery finish to the Reception desk and Concierge desk.
Amenities tiling for all 33 levels. Lift cars tiling. Stone on pedestals to terraces on level 9, 28 and 30.
