Scope of works
Sandstone cladding externally and internally. Marble granite floors to lobby floors and walls internally including lift cars. Two large solid granite staircases externally. All granite paving and landscaping around the footprint of the tower. Limestone carved reception desk, concierge desk, turnstiles, coffee tables and tv screens. Stone vanities to all 34 levels of the tower. Granite pavers on pedestals to two terraces. Sandstone art wall internally that showcases the lobby installed on steel frames, Art work is “Ngarunga Nangama: Calm Water Dream by Judy Watson.
