Scope of works
Supply and installation of terrazzo floors to the platforms, concourse, all the tunnels and walkway that lead into the station from both sides- North entrance at McLaren street and South entrance on Miller street.

Granite lobbies to North and South entries .

External granite to all the footpath around the North entrance and South entrance.

Material used: Australian Juparanna granite, Austral black  and Cobble Phophyry to all the floors including stair cases to Denison street, food court, Miller street, podium and cafe.

Sandstone cladding to the walls around the food court station.

Status
Stage 1 and 2: Completed 2024

Stage 3: Completion by July 2025. South Tower, stone cladding to podium, level 2 skylobby floors and balance of foot path to Miller street and Berry street.

Tiling to all 40 levels amenities. Level 29 stone terrace.
