Granite cladding externally to the entire facade of the theatre. Granite cladding internally to columns and bars. Granite bridge paving and staircases externally. Some external paving around the convention centre footprint. Large granite tiles to lobby floors and terraces to the convention centre. Cladded porcelain walls to the ballroom of the convention centre internally and externally.
