Scope of works
As per the request of the Australian Government, all marble for this project was Australian made, quarried, cut, processed and installed in Australia. We researched and sourced white marble from Queensland, and for the first time in Australia it was installed to the main entry with exposed fixings like a glazed mirror wall. Green marble to bathroom walls and white vanities. Solid black granite portal frame cladding externally. Material from South Australia. Solid granite seats and staircase internally. Lobby granite floors to the entire gallery including the circular Aboriginal walkway through the centre of the gallery. External paving.
